It’s unbelievably satisfying to have worked on a project, idea, or concept and watch it unfold before your eyes. Today at the ABI Convention, we dissected our first business: Expense Reduction Analysts.
Rob Peterson is the Managing Director and the company is based in Des Monies, IA. The company’s mission is quite simple as they go in and analyze a company’s expenses described by Rob as “non-core” like freight and janitorial. Based on agreed upon savings measures, Expense Reduction Analysts splits the savings with the client 50/50 for 2 years. The only real barrier to entry for Rob’s business it seems is target customers’ willingness to give up some time as there is NO risk nor investment upfront.
We dove into Rob’s business and came away with some clear recommendations for him moving forward. Take a watch and/or a listen and see if you’d like to come converse business impromptu style.
