We had a great show along with our hosts Tom Swartwood and Adam Steen of 25 Connections.  Our guest today was Cathy Bormann and her business is Homestyles Staging & Redesign.  Cathy is WAY ahead of the game when it comes to marketing her business strategically through targeted networking, relationship building, and of course online marketing.  Check her out online.  If you search for her company name she dominates the first page of results.  That’s great.  Same goes for searching on her name. Searching for “Home Staging Des Moines” yields an entirely different result so we talked about developing a targeted keyword campaign to be found where people are looking.

During our show we uncovered some great opportunities for her to grow.  We also touched on how Cathy needs to focus on the massive value she brings to the buying/selling equation with her staging work.  She reduces home sell time from over 100 days to 41 days when she’s involved!  THAT’S PURE MONEY.
