Adam Steen – “Right Resources…Right Time…Creating Transactions

Adam Steen is the founder of 25 Connections, LLC. His firm specializes as an outsourced business development manager, opening doors for high growth potential companies who have not yet developed sustainable internal sales and marketing functions.  He utilizes a solid network of corporate relationships and trusted professionals to help company owners vet their products or services in the marketplace.  The intent is to cause them to develop traction and consistency in their approach to new business development.  The model is an effort to independently commercialize business and social networks by accessing and maximizing targeted relationships.

Adam was formerly with Transition Capital Management of West Des Moines, IA.  His specific practice involved assisting small to medium-sized companies gain access to key relationships and resources in order to grow and increase value.  To enhance this process, Adam and TCM built a network of experts in various disciplines (outside the capital formation function) in order to effectively drive private company growth.

Prior to Transition Capital Management, Steen spent a brief period in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he acted as an insurance agent and coordinated several small business-related networking groups.  Before that, he enjoyed a brief period in the Philadelphia Phillies minor league system as a pitcher.

His educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
