  1. BIZTACTICAL SUBMISSION POLICY
    1. Any content you submit to BizTactical, including personal and business information, is not subject to confidentiality protections. Your submissions to BizTactical will be accessible from any part of the world via Web technology and any information you submit may be used by BizTactical and the public, both within and outside of the United States.
    2. It is the responsibility of the individual or business submitter to not send any information to BizTactical or its panelists that they do not wish to be made public. It is NOT BizTactical or its panelists responsibility to try to sever out potentially private and/or confidential personal and business information.
    3. Anonymous submissions will not be accepted or considered by BizTactical or its panelists.
    4. Submitters shall not impersonate other individuals or, if a business or organization, falsely represent itself as another business or organization.
    5. Submitters shall not submit information that is harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others, or is otherwise determined to be objectionable by BizTactical or its panelists.
    6. Submissions containing third party information or documents will not be accepted or considered by BizTactical or its panelists without the third party author’s or owner’s written consent, unless the information is otherwise publicly available and the publication reference and third party document is cited when it is referred in a submission. Submitters assume all risk and responsibility for determining whether third party information or documents are in the public domain.
    7. Submitters grant to BizTactical an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any information or documents that you provide to BizTactical.

NEITHER BIZTACTICAL NOR ANY OF ITS PANELISTS GUARANTEES THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ITS REVIEW AND DISCUSSION CONCERNING YOUR SUBMISSION, NOR ITS FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
