Rob Peterson is the Managing Director and the company is based in Des Monies, IA. The company’s mission is quite simple as they go in and analyze a company’s expenses described by Rob as “non-core” like freight and janitorial. Based on agreed upon savings measures, Expense Reduction Analysts splits the savings with the client 50/50 for 2 years. The only real barrier to entry for Rob’s business it seems is target customers’ willingness to give up some time as there is NO risk nor investment upfront.
